Will I pay an extra fee for the booking?

You will not pay any extra fees. The price you see is the price you will pay.

When will I make the payment?

30% or 50% of the rental fee is paid within 7 days to confirm the booking.
The balance payment is paid 1 month before the check in day.

When will I pay the security deposit and extras?

You can pay the security deposit at check-in via cash or mail order.
Extras must be paid in cash.

Why should I pay the security deposit?

Minor damages that may occur outside the scope of the boat’s general insurance will be covered from the deposit.
It is an amount equal to 1% of general insurance.
The deposit will be refunded to you if there is no damage or loss of materials after check out.

Can I contact the boat owner before the charter date?

After the reservation confirmation and the first payment, you will be given the boat owner contact and base information.

What is included and not included in the price?

Fuel for boats except Gulets and other marina fees for all boats are not included in the rental price.
Transitlog and final cleaning fees are not included for monohulls and catamarans.

At what point is the booking finalised in my name?

The booking is finalised after the first payment is done and a confirmation with the boat owner contact information has been sent.

Who will prepare my rental agreement?

The agreement will be between you and the boat owner or charter company. We will request the signed version by mail.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Please notify us of your cancellation request as soon as possible. You can cancel the reservation by adhering to the early cancellation clauses specified in the boat owners or rental companies contract.

What if the boat experiences a fault before my booking and is no longer available?

We will inform you about the situation as soon as possible. We will try to offer another boat in the closest conditions.
If you don’t accept the change, your full payment will be refunded.

Can I request private airport transfer?
